In today’s church vocabulary the word vision is huge. Vision is fueled by passion. Every church needs a passion to reach the lost. Our passion needs to increase and this will only happen by the power of the Holy Spirit. "Adversity refines passion." p.14.
Ch.2 Your Vision Will Give You Your Map
A vision needs to be sought and identified, preferably in a short sentence. It must be ‘sold’ to the people and sought after with enthusiasm. We can count on Challenges, even setbacks, so commitment is crucial.

Ch. 7. Becoming a Leader of Leaders- of Leaders.
The Jethro principle illustrates this concept. It requires that ministry be shared. When applied this approach will achieve high impact ministry.

Leaders don’t delegate because of insecurities and unrealistic expectations about their own abilitiy to meet needs. Most delegate out of desparation.
Ch. 15. Looking Out For Murphy’s Law.
Being a victor or a victim is a choice.
Ch.16. Lightening Your Load by Sharing Responsibility.
